Domaine Tessier has recently passed from Philippe to Simon and Marie farming 24 hectares in the Cheverny Region of the Loire. The Cheverny Blanc domaine is a blend of Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Orbois coming from young vines. These are fermented in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. The 2022 vintage carries the same wonderful acidity with a roundness and comforting aspect that leaves us wanting more. The Cheverny Blanc 2022 pairs with Roast poultry or a powerful cheeseboard.
