Jeremy Quastana, Etiquette Bleue 2022

Jeremy Quastana is a young, ambitious winemaker from the Loire. Etiquette Bleu is a 100% Gamay with semi-carbonic maceration and aged six months in old oak barrels. The result is a wonderful representation of this grape, light fresh red fruits and a round finish. Jeremy Quastana Etiquette Bleue 2022 would pair well with grilled meats or a parmigiana.
