Vins Sauvages, Englouti 2022

Vincent Sauvage is new to the scene in the Loire. Building on years of experience of working with winemakers such as Jeremy Quastana, we are pleased to present the first cuvée from Vins Sauvages. Only 1200 bottles have been made from the single parcel of sauvignon. Aged for a year in old oak barrels this is a wonderful debut cuvée which is blowing us away for the price. Englouti presents a salinity with refreshing acidity and green fruits. Englouti pairs well with a Cacio e Pepe Pici.
