Domaine Tessier has recently passed from Philippe to Simon and Marie farming 24 hectares in the Cheverny Region of the Loire. Toc is made from Côt grapes, the local name used for malbecs. This vintage is wonderfully light and playful with jammy forest fruits and notes of spice. Great value for money on this wine that will please all red wine lovers. The Toc would pair well with a ratatouille or Penne alla Amatriciana.
