Domaine Tessier, Cheverny Blanc 2021

Domaine Tessier has recently passed from Philippe to Simon and Marie farming 24 hectares in the Cheverny Region of the Loire. The Cheverny Blanc domaine is a blend of Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Orbois coming from young vines. These are fermented in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. The 21 vintage drinks very well with the acidity of green apples and floral notes. The Cheverny Blanc 2021 pairs well with a  cassoulet or tartiflette.
