Vivanterre, White Petnat 2022

Patrick Bouju and Justine are at the helm of this collaborative project with Max and Rosie Assoulin, New York fashion designers. This blend of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Sylvaner all coming from Alsace and harvested in early September. Delicate smooth bubbles that deliver flavours of granny smith apples, early season pears and stone fruits. This matched with minerality and a vibrancy to make a truly wonderful Petnat. You're going to like this. This white petnat would pair well with Potato flatbread, trout roe, chive butter & crème fraiche. Or just a nice aperitif by itself...
