Vivanterre, Rosé Petnat 2022
With Patrick Bouju at the helm of the Vivanterre project, it’s no surprise these wines are delicious. The Pink Petnat GSP is a blend of both white and red grapes, predominantly Gamay and Syrah, with a little bit of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner. Lightly sparkling and full of red fruit and spice with good structure and balance. The gamay grapes are Macerated for 5 days to extract fruit and colour whilst the others underwent direct press. The Pink Petnat GSP pairs well with charcuterie, grilled salmon, roasted duck and when in season, fresh tomatoes.
