Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme, Thesée 2022

Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme first started making wines with Thierry Puzelat in 2008. Taking on more and more responsibility he eventually took over the domain of around 9 hectares. Aged for 16 months in old oak barrels, this wonderful expression of Sauvignon has white pear and peaches with a chalky minerality, all brought together by the fresh acidity. Pierre Olivier Bonhomme Thesée 2022 pairs well with seared scallops.
