Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme first started making wines with Thierry Puzelat in 2008. Taking on more and more responsibility he eventually took over the domain of around 9 hectares. These grapes are direct press and aged in a mixture of used oak barrels and enamel-lined vats. This wine is a mineral and salty expression of Sauvignon with ripe pear and apple on the palate balanced by the acidity. The Pierre Olivier Bonhomme Sauvignon pairs well with trout and new potatoes.
