Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme, La Tesnière Blanc 2022

Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme first started making wines with Thierry Puzelat in 2008. Taking on more and more responsibility he eventually took over the domain of around 9 hectares. This wine is predominantly Menu Pineau grapes, also know as "Arbois", and Chenin Blanc. This is complex with hints of grapefruit and lemon peel and firm aciditiy with a nutty, earthy backdrop. This marries well with grilled fish or a cheeseboard.
