Domaine la Bohème x Palms Trax, La Commune 2021

A meeting of legends! We’ve teamed up with Berlin-based DJ and producer Palms Trax and renowned 0/0 winemakers Justine and Patrick Bouju of Domaine la Bohème, for a limited-edition line of juicy, playful reds. Music and wine are the perfect pairing and we’re so excited to share this with you! La Commune 2021 is a blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir from Auvergne and Merlot and Cabernet from the Côtes de Blaye. Grapes undergo a short maceration of 2-3 days. Bottled in October 2022 and disgorged in November 2023. Only a small quantity of this cuvée was produced as a passion project by Patrick and Justine. Juicy, crisp and fruit-forward bubbles with notes of red berries, cranberry juice and cinnamon. Pair this with good tunes and great company.
