Marto Pinot Gris & Blanc 2021

Marto Pinot Blanc Pinot Gris new this year has a rich creamy profile with minerality, crisp and tart acidity and a full mouthfeel. Grapes were direct pressed and aged in a mixture of old wood and steel. The terroir changes every 100 meters or so at Martins winery with soils ranging from limestone, sandstone, silt, and clay through to volcanic rock. The Marto Pinot Blanc Pinot Gris pairs well with Comte, good butter and sourdough.
