Marto Pinot Gris 2022

The 2022 Marto Pinot Gris has a beautiful minerality and depth of flavour to it already, with creamy round notes and a long finish. This is a direct pressed Pinot Gris from a single vineyard of limestone soils at 250 meters elevation. At the domain everything is handpicked and they mainly do mainly whole cluster pressing, or maceration with ageing for minimum 1 year, in old neutral oak barrels (1000-2400L). No sulphur is ever used. Pinot Gris 2022 would pair well with chargrilled oysters and bone marrow.
