Les Vignerons d'Estezargues, Taparas Rouge 2023

Les Vignerons d'Éstezargues are a cave cooperative from the Languedoc Region of Southern France, composed of 12 vignerons. They have rejected conventional winemaking practices to create wines using only indigenous yeasts, without enzymes or sulfites at harvest or in the bottle and without fining or filtering. These wines have become hugely popular poured at some of the finest establishments all over the world and sit at the junction of great value, natural winemaking at scale and straight talking wines. A blend of classic southern French grapes, this red is emblematic of Cotes du Rhone with a full body, soft tannins and lots of fruit. Les Vignerons d'Estezargues, Taparas Rouge 2023 would pair well with a hearty stew.
