Les Vignerons d'Éstezargues are a cave cooperative from the Languedoc Region of Southern France, composed of 12 vignerons. They have rejected conventional winemaking practices to create wines using only indigenous yeasts, without enzymes or sulfites at harvest or in the bottle and without fining or filtering. These wines have become hugely popular poured at some of the finest establishments all over the world and sit at the junction of great value, natural winemaking at scale and straight talking wines. Taparas Rosé 23 is made up of 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 20% Carignan aged in stainless steel tanks. Notes of raspberry, cherry and pomegranate with firm tannins. The perfect early evening or late lunch glass. Les Vignerons d'Estezargues, Taparas Rosé 2023 pairs well with a melon gazpacho with serrano.
