Les Vignerons d'Estezargues, Taparas Blanc 2023

Les Vignerons d'Éstezargues are a cave cooperative from the Languedoc Region of Southern France, composed of 12 vignerons. They have rejected conventional winemaking practices to create wines using only indigenous yeasts, without enzymes or sulfites at harvest or in the bottle and without fining or filtering. These wines have become hugely popular poured at some of the finest establishments all over the world and sit at the junction of great value, natural winemaking at scale and straight talking wines. Taparas Blanc 23 is a true Languedoc field blend, comprised of 47% Grenache Blanc, 37% Roussane, 10% Viognier, 4% Clairette and 2% Bourboulenc. Well-rounded and full of ripe peaches and white flowers. Les Vignerons d'Estezargues, Taparas Blanc 2023 would pair well with grilled plaice and ratatouille.
