Les Vignerons d'Estezargues, Pierredon 2023

Les Vignerons d'Éstezargues are a cave cooperative from the Languedoc Region of Southern France, composed of 12 vignerons. They have rejected conventional winemaking practices to create wines using only indigenous yeasts, without enzymes or sulfites at harvest or in the bottle and without fining or filtering. These wines have become hugely popular, poured at some of the finest establishments all over the world and sit at the junction of great value, natural winemaking at scale and straight talking wines. Pierredon is a big full bodied white wine of Viognier and Roussanne. Les Vignerons d'Estezargues, Pierredon 2023 pairs with a grilled white fish and new potatoes.
