Les Vignerons d'Estezargues, Granacha 2022

Les Vignerons d'Éstezargues are a cave cooperative from the Languedoc Region of Southern France, composed of 12 vignerons. They have rejected conventional winemaking practices to create wines using only indigenous yeasts, without enzymes or sulfites at harvest or in the bottle and without fining or filtering. These wines have become hugely popular, poured at some of the finest establishments all over the world and sit at the junction of great value, natural winemaking at scale and straight talking wines. Granacha is a lovely rich and expressive wine using a small amount of Syrah and Mourvedre as well. This is one to drink by the fire while roasting some chestnuts. Les Vignerons d'Estezargues, Granacha 2022 would go with a Cote de Boeuf.
