Jeremy Quastana, Mimi 2022

Jeremy Quastana is a SIPS favourite and his approach to winemaking is incredible. Nothing added anywhere and semi-carbonic macerations create unique wines that tell a story. This years wines are drinking wonderfully and we couldn't be happier to share them with you. This vintage is all cabernet franc half pressed and half run off juice to create a lightness that has built up wonderful balace after spending 18 months in barrel. Mimi 2022 would pair well with a slow roast teriyaki pork.
