Jeremy Quastana is a young, ambitious winemaker from the Loire that we are very happy to represent. These wines are such great expressions of terroir with nothing being added. Jeremy has a clear philsophy around his wines which are very hard to find as small quantities are allocated around the world. L'Insurgé 2022 is all gamay from old vines on sandy/flint soils. Semi carbonic maceration and aged in old oak gives us a wine that is earthy and tart with lovely fruit and is a great representation of gamay done right. L'Insurgé would pair well with Moules Marinieres.
