Jeremy Quastana, L'endemique 2023

Jeremy Quastana is a SIPS favourite and his approach to winemaking is incredible. Nothing added anywhere and semi-carbonic macerations create unique wines that tell a story. This years wines are drinking wonderfully and we couldn't be happier to share them with you. This year is the same blend as last with 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Gamay using semi-carbonic maceration and aged six months in old oak barrels. This vintage is again just so drinkable and delicate with fruits and body coming together to create great value. Jeremy Quastana, L'endemique 2023 can be drunk chilled or with Grilled pork chops with rosemary and onion compote.
