Jeremy Quastana, Etiquette Bleue 2023

Jeremy Quastana is a SIPS favourite and his approach to winemaking is incredible. Nothing added anywhere and semi-carbonic macerations create unique wines that tell a story. This years wines are drinking wonderfully and we couldn't be happier to share them with you. Etiquette Bleue is a 100% Gamay with semi-carbonic maceration and aged six months in old oak barrels. This year is more full bodied and higher alcohol than the 22 vintage. Jeremy Quastana Etiquette Bleue 2023 would pair well with Merguez and jewelled rice.
