Jeremy Quastana, L'endémique 2022

Jeremy Quastana is a young, ambitious winemaker from the Loire. L'endémique is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Gamay using semi-carbonic maceration and aged six months in old oak barrels. This vintage is a perfect marriage of pinot noir and gamay, balancing red and dark fruits with a hint of spice to deliver an amazing wine at great value.
