Jeremy Quastana, Côtlectif 2023

Jeremy Quastana is a SIPS favourite and his approach to winemaking is incredible. Nothing added anywhere and semi-carbonic macerations create unique wines that tell a story. This years wines are drinking wonderfully and we couldn't be happier to share them with you. Côtlectif is 100% Côt grapes with really light extraction, letting the fruits express themselves and creating a brillantly bright wine with a refreshing finish. Côtlectif 2023 would pair well with a Pho Soup
