Jeremy Quastana, Buena Onda 2023

Jeremy Quastana is a SIPS favourite and his approach to winemaking is incredible. Nothing added anywhere and semi-carbonic macerations create unique wines that tell a story. This years wines are drinking wonderfully and we couldn't be happier to share them with you. Buena Onda is a petnat made from Gamay grapes that have a light extraction and second fermentation in bottle with a remaining 15g of residual sugar. He made this wine to have something light, bubbly and sweet to drink during harvest with his crew without being overpowering and siesta inducing. This wine is perfect for an apertifi and really. Jeremy Quastana Buena Onda 2023 would pair well with Sobrassada.
