Jeremy Quastana, Bonjour 2023

Jeremy Quastana is a SIPS favourite and his approach to winemaking is exactly what we champion here at SIPS. Nothing added or removed anywhere and semi-carbonic macerations create unique wines that tell a story. This years wines are drinking wonderfully and we couldn't be happier to share them with you. Bonjour is his first still rosé wine with a direct press of Pinot Noir and Gamay the resulting wine is fresh with red fruits and is going to be the perfect wine to kickstart spring. Jeremy Quastana, Bonjour 2023 would pair well with a seafood stew.
