Guillemot-Michel, Quintaine 2020

The Guillemot-Michel family were leaders in biodynamic viniculture in the famous Burgundy region throughout the 1990. This wonderful expression of Chardonnay is unoaked and aged in tank leaving a fresh expression of stone fruits and honeysuckles with a mineral finish. This is a more full bodied wine that balances out with a citrus-led acidity. The Guillemot-Michel Quintaine pairs well with a Roast chicken or a cheeseboard.
