Gazzetta, Big Saldo's SIPS 2022

We are super excited to present this exclusive wine collaboration for our dear friend and inspirational selector Sally C. The Big Saldo’s SIPS wine is our very own bottle collaboration with Sally, a DJ, producer and owner of Chunkers record label. Together we bring you a wonderful deep orange wine from the Umbrian hills. For this one-off project, an inspirational woman and also a dear friend, Trish Nelson from Gazzetta has provided a special one-off cuvée of her finest orange wine. The wine itself comes from an old vineyard in Bolsena using Trebbiano Giallo, Procanico and Malvasia Toscana with a long maceration and aged in stainless steel. The result is a spritzy, energetic wine with notes of clementine and honeyed apricots. Big Saldo’s SIPS can be paired with the great company of people you love most in life - be warned, it might make you groove.
