Gazzetta, Bianco Trilli 2021

Gazzetta Bianco Trilli is a blend of local varietals Malvasia, Moscato, Procanico and Ansonica. Whole bunches are foot stomped and macerated for 5 days. Ageing takes places in steel and bottled in spring. This is one of the lighter, more delicate and soft oranges she produces. The Gazzetta Bianco Trilli pairs well with fresh cheese and local honey.
