Gazzetta, Bianco Misticanza 2022

The Bianco Misticanza has four days skin maceration and is made from a later pick of grapes leaving the wine with some more rich fruits, yet still with lightness and freshness of a lighter orange. Made from old Umbrian grape varietals Trebbiano, Malvasia Toscana and Ansonica and aged in stainless steel this orange is our favourite of Trish’s Spring releases as it’s so well balanced. The Gazzetta Bianco Misticanza pairs well with fresh pasta and green beans, or artichokes and parmesan.
