Domaine Tessier, Cheverny Blanc 2023

Domaine Tessier has recently passed from Philippe to Simon and Marie farming 24 hectares in the Cheverny Region of the Loire. The Cheverny Blanc domaine is a blend of Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Orbois coming from young vines. These are fermented in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. The 2023 vintage carries the same wonderful acidity with a roundness and comforting aspect that leaves us wanting more. The Cheverny Blanc 2023 pairs with Roast poultry or a powerful cheeseboard.
