Domaine Geschickt, Pfluben 2021

Domaine Geschickt is a wonderful place. This family owned domain has been working biodynamically since 1998 and for the last 10 years Aurelie Fayolle and Arnaud Geschickt have been at the helm. They use horses to work the land and have planted a number of trees to work harmoniously with nature. Pfulben 2021 comes from the Grand Crus vines of Kaefferkopf and uses Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Gris. Whole clusters are direct pressed and left to age in Old Foudre for 18 months without fining or filtering. Expect warm citrus notes, ripe apples, linden tea and pineapple freshness. Domaine Geschickt, Pfluben 2021 is a wine that would pair well with a cheeseboard.
