Domaine Geschickt, One Drop 2022

Domaine Geschickt is a wonderful place. This family owned domain has been working biodynamically since 1998 and for the last 10 years Aurelie Fayolle and Arnaud Geschickt have been at the helm. They use horses to work the land and have planted a number of trees to work harmoniously with nature. One drop uses a variety of grapes Chasselas, Muscat, Gewürztraminer, Riesling and Pinot Blanc. A mixture of direct press and maceration that is bottles with a tad of residual sugar to create a light and pleasing effervescence to the wine. Peaches and camomile with a slight pull from the tannins creates a sparkling wine at a great price. Domaine Geschickt One Drop 2022 is a great pairing for devilled crab on crostini.
