Domaine Geschickt, Le Schlouk 2022

Working biodynamically since 1998, this family-owned domaine has been run by Aurelie Fayolle and Arnaud Geschickt for the past 10 years. Found across 4 hectares in Ammerschwihr, the team work symbiotically with the environment, planting trees to increase ecological diversity and working the land with Iris, their mare. This blend of 80% Gewüztraminer and the rest Riesling, grown on clay, limestone and granite is direct pressed and spends a year in Foudre. Unfined and unfiltered at presents lovely stone fruits, apricot and acacia, will leave you salivating for more. Domaine Geschickt Le Schlouk 2022 is calling for a Gilda.
