Domaine Geschickt, 6 Pieds sur Terre 2022

Domaine Geschickt is a wonderful place. This family owned domain has been working biodynamically since 1998 and for the last 10 years Aurelie Fayolle and Arnaud Geschickt have been at the helm. They use horses to work the land and have planted a number of trees to work harmoniously with nature. 6 pieds sur Terre is a field blend of Riesling, Muscat, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir on clay soils. These are then co-macerated with spontaneous fermentation and aged for 24 months in barrel. This wine is presents fresh elegant citrus but floral, nice white stone fruits with minerality  Domaine Geschickt, 6 Pieds sur Terre 2022 would pair well with roast nectarine and endive salad.
