Cosmic Vinyaters, Gratitud Red 2023

Cosmic Vinyaters is a 10 year old project in Catalunya led by the lovely Salvador Batlle Barrabeig. The wines are incredible pure, fresh and crunchy while being clean and precise. We are super excited to be working with Salvador and to present the new vintages. Gratitud Red is mainly Cabernet France with small amounts of Sumoll and Marselan. 60% direct press and the rest macerated for 14 days creates a lovely balance of freshness and floral notes with a long lasting finish. A great wine that wants to be drunk. Cosmic Vinyaters, Gratitud Red 2023 would pair well with Serrano ham.
