Cosmic Vinyaters, Fades del Granit Pet Nat 2023

Cosmic Vinyaters is a 10 year old project in Catalunya led by the lovely Salvador Batlle Barrabeig. The wines are incredible pure, fresh and crunchy while being clean and precise. We are super excited to be working with Salvador and to present the new vintages. A blend of red Grenache, white and grey Carignan, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed with 4 days of maceration. After four months in stainless steel the secondary fermentation happens in glass bottle. This is the perfect petnat for the warmer months. Cosmic Vinyaters, Fades del Granit Pet Nat 2023 would pair with anchovies and olives.
