Cosmic Vinyaters, Encarinyades 2023

Cosmic Vinyaters is a 10 year old project in Catalunya led by the lovely Salvador Batlle Barrabeig. The wines are incredible pure, fresh and crunchy while being clean and precise. We are super excited to be working with Salvador and to present the new vintages. Mostly with white carignan but also smaller amounts of grey and red. This light red is a brilliant balance of these three grapres, complementing each other through 5 days maceration to create a light strawberry and peppery wine that is perfect for any apertivo. Cosmic Encarninyades would pair well with ricotta a tomato bruschetta.
