Cosmic Vinyaters, Destí Orange 2023

Cosmic Vinyaters is a 10 year old project in Catalunya led by the lovely Salvador Batlle Barrabeig. The wines are incredible pure, fresh and crunchy while being clean and precise. We are super excited to be working with Salvador and to present the new vintages. Destí Orange is predominantly Muscat Alexandria with 10% of Carignan Gris. The grapes are hand harvested and very lightly crushed with 2 weeks maceration on skin. The muscat grapes work beautifully with the skin contact creating a deeper wine with aromatics but that are toned down and in balance. Cosmic Vinyaters, Destí Orange 2023 would pair well with a Tomato Risotto.
