Cosmic Vinyaters, Constel.lació 2023

Cosmic Vinyaters is a 10 year old project in Catalunya led by the lovely Salvador Batlle Barrabeig. The wines are incredible pure, fresh and crunchy while being clean and precise. We are super excited to be working with Salvador and to present the new vintages. Constel.lació is a light red from young vines a blend of white, red and grey Grenache and Carignan with a little bit of Moscatell Alexandria frown on sandy, granite soils. The grapes undergo a mixture of carbonic, skin-on for 5 days and pressed by foot with 12 days maceration before spending 4 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees. The result is a wonderfully bright, tannic and exciting wine. Cosmic Vinyaters, Constel.lació 2023 would pair well with baba ganoush and mezze.
