Cosmic Vinyaters, Connexió 2023

Cosmic Vinyaters is a 10 year old project in Catalunya led by the lovely Salvador Batlle Barrabeig. The wines are incredible pure, fresh and crunchy while being clean and precise. We are super excited to be working with Salvador and to present the new vintages. Predominantly Xarello with 15% of Malvasia de Sitges from limestone and red clay, the grapes are hand harvested and destemmed with 5 days on skin maceration before pressed. Aged on fine lees for 4 months in stainless steel to create a fresh and . Cosmic Vinyaters Conexio 2023 would pair well with a chargrilled spatchcock chicken.
