Cosmic Vinyaters, Confiança 2023

Cosmic Vinyaters is a 10 year old project in Catalunya led by the lovely Salvador Batlle Barrabeig. The wines are incredible pure, fresh and crunchy while being clean and precise. We are super excited to be working with Salvador and to present the new vintages. This is predominantly grey grenache gris with a small hint of Carignan gris. Most of the grapes undergo 7 days of maceration before ageing in between amphorae, stainless steel and old oak barrels. This wine presents oxidised notes and fruit while maintaining freshness and crunch. Cosmic Vinyaters, Confiança 2023 would pair well with Sashimi.
