Collettivo Eretico, Nomade 2023

We are very excited to be working with the Collettivo Eretico who have launched their great project in Sicily. Working with local farmers, in harmony with nature, these wines are super expressive of the Sicilian terroir. Nomade is Zibibbo grapes from 30 year old vines, that undergo 7 days of maceration on skins before ageing in a mixture of old oak and steel. Incredibly drinkable with stone fruits and mediterranean scrub this is a delicious wine and you're going to love it. Collettivo Eretico, Nomade 2023 would pair well with a Pasta alla Melanzane.
