Clovis Ochin, known for his love of natural wine, rapping and eating his way around Paris with Action Bronson on f*ck that’s delicious, makes his own wine project in Bonastre, Tarragona. His years of learning alongside some of the all time best winemakers, results in his lively and energetic wines that are so much more than hype. This year the wines are mash fermented in cuve (vats) and then in glass damejane with 9 months of elevage and then bottled by gravity. This year Rest in Peace P! is made from a mix of Pareillada and 120 year old Grenache blanc vines. This results in a deeper orange colour and a great balance of acid, texture and tanin.
