Clovis Ochin, Ludo 2022

Clovis Ochin, known for his love of natural wine, rapping and eating his way around Paris with Action Bronson on f*ck that’s delicious, makes his own wine project in Bonastre, Tarragona. His years of learning alongside some of the all time best winemakers, results in his lively and energetic wines that are so much more than hype. This year the wines are mash fermented in cuve (vats) and then in glass damejane with 9 months of elevage and then bottled by gravity. This vintage is made from the very rare Pareillada Rosa, a very small grape variety that is white with a hint of pink just on the surface. The grapes comes from a friend of Massimo at Partida Creus from 90 year old vines. Ludo is a rosé tinged wine with orange hues and beautiful layers of texture.
