Le Clos du Tue Boeuf was started in 1994 by Thierry Puzelat, inspired by the legendary Marcel Lapierre, and has gained legendary status as a leader for natural wine in the region and beyond. Now joined by daughter Zoé they make incredible wines, celebrating a lot of the less know local varietals. The Vin Rosé is made with Gamay with just a hint of Pineau d'Aunis. A short carbonic maceration of whole bunches before undergoing malolactic fermentation and aged in stainless steel tanks. Fresh and fruity with low acidity, Clos du Tue Boeuf Vin Rosé is a a great aperitif wine.
