Clos du tue-boeuf, Frileuse 2022
Le Clos du Tue Boeuf was started in 1994 by Thierry Puzelat, inspired by the legendary Marcel Lapierre, and has gained legendary status as a leader for natural wine in the region and beyond. Now joined by daughter Zoé they make incredible wines, celebrating a lot of the less know local varietals. Frileuse blends Sauvignon, Fié Gris and Chardonnay and spends 8 months in burgundy barrels and demi-muids to deliver white fruits, floral notes and fresh acidity to bring it together. A wonderful wine. Clos du Tue Boeuf Frileuse pairs well with a cheeseboard.
