Cantina Furlani Vermouth

The Cantina Furlani Vermouth uses the wonderful wines they produce for the base of this traditional style classic. Layered on top of this are extracts of sweet and bitter orange, absinthe, mugwort, thistle, centaurea rhubarb, elderberry, chamomile, liquorice, oregano, marjoram, mint, anise, caraway, fennel, vanilla and grapefruit. These are infused for a month to create a wonderfully layered, complex and knockout vermouth. Whether drinking straight with lots of ice and a slice of orange or as part of a negroni this one is sure to please!
