Cantina Furlani Rosato
The minerality of the calcerous soils really shines through on this reference produced in the mountainous region of Trento, Alto Adige. Crunchy berries like pomegranate and cranberry characterise the palate of this wine, with a beautiful salinity that courses through it too. Think dark berries, and fine herbs like dill and fennel flowers - the perfect aperitif. Elevage in barrels for 6 months before being bottled for the second fermentation. Subsequently it rests and ages for 24 months in the bottle. The Furlani Rosato pairs well with crostini and richer aperitivi like vitello tonnato.
