Cantina Furlani, Alpino 2021

Cantina Furlani's Alpino is a fresh and energetic Frizzante, produced in the mountainous region of Trento, Alto Adige. Grown on calcareous soil local grape varietals Nosiola, Verdealbara, and Lagarino Bianco make up this sparkling wine. Elevage in barrels for 6 months before being bottled for the second fermentation. Subsequently it rests and ages for 24 months in the bottle to build complexity and depth.
